Great location. Great breakfast. Our room was perfect (junior suite) for a little toddler. Gorgeous views of the Xmas markets, that comes as a cost with the noise level, but it was expected. Majority of the staff were great.

The hotel room view and the located near the main station and everything close by. Specially thanks to Mohamed at the reception he was very helpful. Thanks to the receptionist who checked us in/out both were kind.

The hotel is in a great location in Brno old town, facing the “vegetable market” square and with views up to the Cathedral. It is close to the major historical sites that are in easy walking distance, including the Castle and busier main square. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants and shops nearby. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were fortunate to have been offered a room upgrade to a suite, which was much appreciated. The room was large and airy, well equipped and tastefully furnished with good open views of the square. The breakfast buffet was extensive with plenty of cold and hot food selections available, including barista coffee to order. The staff were very also attentive. Overall, a very enjoyable stay that we would be happy to repeat.

My favorites are there: - the location - the enterior and the interior design - the surrounding areas, the square itself, - the staff, - and the all above together the atmosphere of it. +1 The things I didn't like aren't really important.

Superb location on a beautiful square; warm welcome (with complementary glass of wine) on arrival; evocative styling with a real Mitteleuropa feel; very comfortable ('traditional', but not 'dated') room with armchairs and view of the Cathedral towers; excellent breakfast in beautiful high-ceilinged dining room. And excellent value ...

Hotel is the "old style" European hotel. Ex bank, with vaults and all... Room was very good. Service was very good. Breakfast was very good. Location (except as below) was very central.

The location is top: walking distance from the train station in the pedestrian only center of Brno. On the main square at walking distance from all main attractions. Most of the staff members are very kind The hotel would benefit from some refurbishment and sheets that wrap around the mattress I witnessed a wonderful case of honesty: on my way out for a walk, I was passed by two members of the staff who then ran after a departing car. On their return I asked what had happened. They said that they had found a Euro 50 bill on the floor of the reception. They had succeeded in stopping the car and handing over the Euro 50 bill!!!! I was so impressed that I thanked them wholeheartedly for their honesty and gave them Euro 20 finders feeb

Stylish hotel, central location (restrictions apply for entering this zone of Brno), very nice and stylishly appointed rooms, nice and tasteful decor. Breakfast was also very nice and plentiful, with many different chouces. Beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean.

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, both at the front desk and at the restaurant where they serve breakfast. Natalia and Magdalena at the FD were wonderful. The property is furnished with high-quality art pieces.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, they were patient with our requests and have been a delight. The room is spacious and the view is fantastic (right onto the square). The location is supreme. Generally everything is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was satisfactory.
